Also, here's an example of how 4 of the 5 Diamine inks do in terms of dry time....on Rhodia paper. I do my reviews on Red n' Black notebook paper, which takes longer to absorb ink (and thus dry) than most other types of paper I've used, Rhodia being one of them.
Observations:
-Majestic Blue still takes forever and a day to dry
-Onyx Black seems to take longer to dry. The heck?
-Chocolate Brown seems to dry slightly faster
-Poppy Red dries noticeably faster

Interesting, yes?

The final one!!

And, here's a comparison sample sheet for you. These are all the browns I own (looking very accurate on my monitor).
Top to bottom:
Noodler's Galileo Manuscript Brown
Noodler's Walnut
Waterman Havana Brown
Diamine Chocolate Brown

Here I've compiled all the blues I've owned/tried, for your viewing pleasure. Hopefully this will give you a better idea of how Diamine Majestic Blue looks in comparison to all the other blues I've reviewed :)
Top to bottom:
Noodler's Van Gogh Blue
Camel Royal Blue (maybe I didn't shake the bottle? :-/)
Private Reserve Midnight Blue
Noodler's Navajo Turquoise
Noodler's Aircorps Blue-Black
Noodler's Coral Sea Blue
Diamine Majestic Blue

I tried to write a sentence with two different pens for each ink, since the color of the ink can sometimes look different depending on what pen it's coming out of (Van Gogh Blue, for instance...and to a lesser extent, Coral Sea Blue).
