I'm an Indian chick born and raised in New Jersey (a Marathi in a Guju world) who is an artsy, tree-hugging, meditating metalhead with a BA in Environmental Studies. Yes, you read that correctly : ]P
I own two betta fish and several houseplants, all of which are named and doted upon lovingly.
I'm fascinated with dark gothic themes (death, darkness, the macabre) but am terrified of horror flicks, listen to both metal music as well as country, and at the same time love cute fluffy bunnies and wearing pretty dresses. As if that wasn't bizarre enough, I'm also something of a tomboy. A tomboy who hates sports and likes crocheting.
Wait, it gets better. I'm a sarcastic cynic when it comes to society, but am driven and incredibly idealistic when it comes to making change for the better (long-time environmental/human rights activist, here :P).
Oh, and I like reviewing art & writing supplies.
